Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate almond bark (2024 oz)
  • 25 caramel squares (or 1 & 1/4 cup caramel bits)
  • 12 Tbsp water or heavy cream
  • Whole pecans (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roughly chop the almond bark into pieces and melt in a glass bowl in the microwave at 50% power, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, melt the caramel squares with water or cream using the same method.
  4. Spread melted chocolate on the baking sheet, drizzle melted caramel over it, and swirl them together.
  5. Top with pecans and drizzle with reserved chocolate.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature for 2-3 hours before cutting into pieces.
