Ingredients

  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 ball (about 4 oz) burrata cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and peaches under cold water; pat dry.
  2. Slice the tomatoes into wedges and cut the peaches into wedges after removing the pits.
  3. On a serving platter, artfully arrange the tomato and peach slices.
  4. Tear the burrata into smaller pieces and distribute them over the salad.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and add basil leaves on top. Optionally drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
