  • 3 cups chopped sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 small yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 1 (8-ounce) bag baby carrots
  • 11/2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Toss the beef with flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well coated.
  3. Place the coated beef in the slow cooker; add all remaining ingredients and stir.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7–9 hours or high for 5–7 hours until tender.
  5. Remove the bay leaf before serving; stir gently and garnish with parsley.
