- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
