Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two muffin pans.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and extracts until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda; gradually combine with the wet ingredients.
  5. Press about 2 tablespoons of dough into each muffin cup, shaping it halfway up the sides.
  6. Bake for approximately 12 minutes; let cool slightly before pressing centers down to form cups.
  7. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and milk until creamy.
