Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder. Stir until mixed.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until smooth.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands and press firmly to hold their shape.
  5. Chill the rolled balls on a parchment-lined plate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
