Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) bag frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 12 skewers
- Salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, artichokes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Roll out puff pastry into rectangles about 1/8" thick.
- Spread the spinach mixture over one pastry sheet, cover with another sheet, and cut into strips.
- Shape strips into zig-zag tree forms and insert skewers through each tree.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
