  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  2. Pour half of the marinade into a sealed bag with chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 12 hours in the fridge.

  4. Grill skewers for about 9–12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
  5. Let rested chicken sit for five minutes before serving with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
