Instructions

  3. Combine egg yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; mash until smooth.
  4. Use a piping bag or spoon to fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
  5. For the topping, mix chili garlic oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and optional minced garlic. Drizzle over filled eggs before serving.
