  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Beer (IPA or Stout)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 lb Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • Coarse Salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brisket by rubbing it with olive oil and spices; cook in a slow cooker on low with beef broth for 8 hours until tender. Shred and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix cheddar, Monterey Jack, beer, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to create the beer cheese filling.
