Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon fillet
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Prep the fish by patting it dry and removing any bones.
- In a medium measuring jug, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag while removing excess air and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to 400-450°F or oven to 375°F.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and discard it. Grill skin-side down for about 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness or bake in an oiled shallow dish for approximately 15-22 minutes based on thickness.
