Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package King's Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3/4 lb pastrami or roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 9 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread Thousand Island dressing on both sides.
  3. Layer pastrami, drained sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls. Replace the tops.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, crushed garlic, and poppy seeds.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the sliders and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
