  • 12 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoons whipping cream (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
