Ingredients

  • 1 lb firm white fish fillet (cod or mahi mahi)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 3 cups shredded white cabbage
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 white corn tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and taco seasoning.
  2. Coat the fish fillets in the marinade and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, Greek yogurt, honey, lime zest and juice, salt, pepper, and cumin to make the slaw.
  4. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and brush grates with olive oil.
  5. Grill the marinated fish for about 3–4 minutes per side until flaky. Warm tortillas on the grill.
  6. Flake the fish into pieces and assemble in tortillas topped with cabbage slaw and cilantro.
