Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or brioche)
- 1.5 lbs thinly sliced ham
- 1 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
- ½ cup dill pickle slices
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and stir in minced garlic, pickle seasoning, and pickle juice. Set aside.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with some garlic butter mixture.
- Keeping the rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard; spread on the top half of the rolls.
- Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles on the bottom half, then cover with the top half.
- Brush remaining garlic butter on top of the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into individual servings.
