  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium yellow onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, garlic, and salt in another bowl; mix half into the yeast mixture.
  3. Stir in flour until a soft dough forms; let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat; add onions and cook until golden brown.
  5. In a separate pan, cook ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F; press risen dough into a greased baking sheet or skillet and bake for about 15 minutes.
  7. Spread sauce over crust; top with beef mixture, onions, and cheeses; bake until bubbly and golden brown (10–15 minutes).
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
