  • ½ tsp cracked pepper (for chicken)

  • 12 garlic cloves (minced, for potatoes)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan (for potatoes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (for potatoes)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for green beans)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced, for green beans)
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan (optional, for green beans)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (for green beans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper; spread on one-third of a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Meanwhile, coat chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. After potatoes have cooked slightly, add the coated chicken to the pan.
  6. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, parmesan (optional), salt, and pepper; place on another section of the pan.
  7. Bake everything together for about 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
