- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts

- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sunflower oil, salt, and pepper.
