- 500 g Chicken (with bones)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Whole spices (black pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, green cardamom)
- Ginger garlic paste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt for at least an hour.
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan; add whole spices until fragrant. Stir in ginger garlic paste.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook on high heat until it changes color.
- Pour in water and cover; simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Prepare spinach by washing and cutting into ribbons.
- Add spinach to the chicken curry; cook on high heat for 2–3 minutes, then cover and reduce heat to simmer for another 20 minutes.
