Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz.) salmon filets
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 4 tsp water
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Combine with remaining sauce ingredients in a saucepan; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with oiled foil; place salmon filets and baste with half the sauce.
