- 1 egg (whisked)

Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry filling by combining mashed strawberries and water in a saucepan; boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to separate juice from pulp, then mix the juice with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt; heat until thickened.
