- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
