Ingredients
- 3–4 lbs Chuck roast
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 potatoes (quarter)
- 3 carrots (chunked)
