  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 large Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 4 Small Street-Taco Size Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil (Divided)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Taco Seasoning
  • 4 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 small Tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheese sauce by blending butter, cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream until smooth. Heat in a saucepan and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning.
  3. Toast small tortillas in olive oil until crispy.
  4. Assemble crunchwraps by layering ingredients: large tortilla, ground beef, cheese sauce, small tortilla, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and more cheese.
  5. Cook each assembled wrap seam-side down in the skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
