  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, then whisk in flour to create a roux.
  3. Gradually add milk and cream, stirring until thickened.
