Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta (penne, elbow, fusilli, or rotini)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 small red onion (diced)
  • ½ cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 ounces salami (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with diced vegetables, salami, cheeses, and Italian dressing. Toss well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to meld flavors before serving.
