- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
- 1. Dice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and chop any fresh vegetables.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.

- 5. Stir in cooked rice and return chicken to the pan; mix thoroughly.
