- 10 ounces French bread baguette (sliced)
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup Irish whiskey
- 1¾ cups whole milk or cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and French bread slices until coated. Fold in raisins and add Irish whiskey and milk/cream.
