Perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home, these brownies are easy to make and will impress your friends and family with their delightful flavor combination.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries (washed)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt; gradually add to the brownie batter without overmixing.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and eggs and mix until creamy.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, top with cheesecake mixture, then swirl remaining brownie batter on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
