  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • Canola oil, salt, and pepper for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together oyster sauce, ketchup, honey, chili garlic sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, ginger, and water. Reserve a third cup for basting.
  2. Marinate chicken pieces in the remaining mixture in a Ziploc bag or bowl for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers; brush with canola oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat and cook kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Baste with reserved marinade during grilling.
  5. Serve hot garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
