  • 2 1/2 cups (313 grams) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together granulated sugar and butter until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
