  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (coconut yogurt recommended)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, hemp protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; whisk until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
