  • 1 pound ground lamb (or beef/pork)
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (for tzatziki)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, feta cheese, Greek seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Form small meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
