- 1 small onion, chopped
- 7 oz baby bellas or white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup full-fat sour cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 12 oz dry egg noodles
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook until browned (7-10 minutes). Remove from pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth and flour until smooth.
- Increase heat to medium-high; add olive oil and ground turkey seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (5-8 minutes). Stir in garlic and paprika; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add the broth mixture to the pan; bring to a simmer. Stir in mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce; season to taste. Simmer uncovered until thickened (about 3 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and parsley. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
