Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cut baby potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden brown (about 15 minutes). Remove from the skillet.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the steak in batches for about 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Toss in the cooked potatoes.
