Ingredients

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 tsp minced garlic
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until hot. Add steak; brown for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.
