Ingredients
- 6 graham crackers
- 16 oz coconut cool whip (or regular)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a medium glass food container with parchment paper.
- Place 3 graham crackers at the bottom of the container.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cool whip and protein powder until smooth.
- Spread the protein mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
