- 1 envelope instant yeast

Instructions
- Warm milk and mix with melted butter in a bowl; add brown sugar, egg, molasses, yeast, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and spices; add to wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes; let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread melted butter and sprinkle filling mixture over it.
- Roll tightly into a log; slice into pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise again for about 30 minutes then bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 25 minutes.
