Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 cup sugar (divided)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 5 egg yolks

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt

- Churn chilled mixture in an ice cream maker until smooth, then freeze until firm.
- Blend watermelon, remaining sugar, lemon juice, and flaked sea salt until smooth. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze.
- Scrape granita every 30–45 minutes for light, flaky texture over about 3–4 hours.
