Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ¼ pounds salmon filet
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • ½ small red onion (finely diced)
  • 3 large radishes (grated)
  • 2 stalks celery (small diced)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Let cool before flaking into chunks.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon with red onion, radishes, celery, dill, and chives.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salmon mixture and gently stir until combined.
  7. Serve chilled in bowls or in lettuce wraps.
