  • 3/4 lb top sirloin cubes
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Brown sirloin cubes seasoned with salt and pepper for about 6-8 minutes.
