  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • For the glaze: cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and beaten egg until smooth.
