  • 1 full medium-sized chicken, skinless and bone-in
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauce
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups canned coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken with lemon juice and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, turmeric powder, garlic, ginger, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
