  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Cilantro or Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add ground beef to the pan, stirring until browned (about 5 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant (around 2 minutes).
  4. Mix in tomato paste, curry powder, cayenne pepper, and garam masala. Cook on low heat for about 2–3 minutes.
