  • 10 whole cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • Italian seasonings

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings; dredge in flour.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and caramelize garlic cloves for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, bouillon cube, soy sauce, onion powder, thyme, and mustard powder to the skillet; bring to a simmer.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
