- 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
- 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large yellow onion, quartered
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed

Instructions
