- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 6 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons holiday jimmie sprinkles
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder; stir in melted butter and water. Pat into pie pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Reduce oven to 375°F. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and milk over medium heat; whisk until boiling. Boil for 2 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat; whisk in butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Add jimmies to filling; pour into crust and top with more jimmies before baking for another 20 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
