Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 inch fresh ginger (minced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)

- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
