- ¼ cup capers (drained)
- ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter; add lemon slices and capers, cooking for 1-2 minutes.

- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
