  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup Crystals hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and a wire rack.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry thoroughly using paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine wings with baking powder, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, cayenne pepper, and thyme until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flip the wings over, and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Flip again for another 5 to 10 minutes until crispy.
  6. While baking, melt butter in a saucepan and mix with hot sauce and coconut aminos. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Toss cooked wings in the sauce before serving with freshly chopped parsley.
